How we work with our customers.

  • We visit the customer premises, and understand their product, processes, problems, loop holes, their expectations etc. and provide them with the first draft of the solution that we design especially for their organisation and existing processes within the organisation.

  • We do first/multiple meetings with the customer to finalize the process and try to explain them how the system will work. This is a continuous and circular process, hence at every step of the design/implementation the customer is aware of what is being done and what more (if any) is required.

  • We also try to give the customer some insight to the concepts and also help the customer to understand the loopholes of the existing processes and what could be the best solution for the same.

  • We make simple process flow diagrams which enables the customer to understand the logic and the thought behind the system
